Creative Content & Social Media Growth Specialist (Onsite)

Be More Remote is seeking a sharp, independent all-rounder based in Lahore, Pakistan, who can design, strategize, and grow brands organically while taking full ownership of the results. This is a full-time, office-based position with working hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM PKT. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organic growth strategies for various brands.
- Design engaging and effective social media content that aligns with brand identity.
- Manage client communications confidently and professionally, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects and deliver measurable outcomes without constant supervision.
- Collaborate with the team while contributing innovative and out-of-the-box ideas.
- Utilize tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and CapCut to create and optimize content.
- Maintain a strong focus on UI/UX design principles beyond basic tools like Canva.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Proven track record demonstrating organic growth improvements, supported by numbers and case studies.
- Mandatory experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.
- Advanced graphic design and UI/UX skills, with proficiency beyond Canva.
- Excellent spoken English and confidence in direct client communication.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results without supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset, balanced with the ability to work well within a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with CapCut is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience using Canva as a supplementary design tool.
