Creative Content Writer

Creative Squad Inc. is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer to create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, a creative approach, and the ability to handle multiple client projects efficiently while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly social media content calendars, including themes, creative concepts, captions, and post ideas.
- Write compelling website copy, landing pages, service descriptions, and brand narratives.
- Research and produce SEO-friendly blogs and articles aligned with assigned keywords and content briefs.
- Craft persuasive copy for social media posts, carousels, reels, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct industry research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to generate relevant and timely content ideas.
- Adapt writing style and tone to match different client brands, industries, and target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, SEO specialists, and social media managers to ensure cohesive content delivery.
- Implement SEO best practices, including strategic keyword placement, optimized headings, meta titles, and meta descriptions.
- Proofread and edit all content to maintain accuracy, originality, readability, and grammatical correctness.
- Incorporate client feedback and internal revisions without compromising content quality.
- Develop creative hooks, storytelling angles, and campaign concepts to boost audience engagement.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery according to project timelines.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in content writing or copywriting.
- Strong skills in writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling.
- Proven experience in creating content calendars, website copy, and SEO-focused blogs.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research techniques.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent research skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
- Familiarity with Google Docs and AI-assisted writing tools.
- A portfolio showcasing website copy, blogs, and social media content is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi.
- Working hours are from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- Male candidates are preferred for this role.
- Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple clients and meeting strict deadlines.
- Salary range is PKR 40,000 to 50,000 per month.
- The office is located at Caesar’s Tower, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, opposite Ayesha Bawany School.
