Creative Design & Motion Graphics Intern

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design & Motion Graphics Intern to join our remote team based in Pakistan. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and AI-powered creative tools. The role involves working on digital content for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns, providing practical exposure to real-world projects over a three-month period. The position is full-time from Monday to Friday, with a monthly stipend of PKR 10,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Create motion graphics and videos, including long-form videos, platform tutorials, screen-recorded videos, mobile UI GIFs, and AI-assisted reels for websites and social media platforms.
- Design static graphics such as flyers, standees, banners, infographics, carousels, social media posts, and other marketing visuals.
- Edit and enhance videos by adding transitions, captions, animations, effects, music, and other visual elements to improve engagement and quality.
- Develop visually appealing designs while adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Utilize AI tools to assist with content creation, design, video editing, idea generation, and streamline creative workflows.
- Adapt and resize designs and videos to fit different platforms and formats effectively.
- Implement feedback and revisions promptly while maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Manage multiple assignments efficiently and meet deadlines independently.
- Communicate effectively with the team while working remotely and independently.

Required Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, Video Editing, or a related field.
- At least six months of experience in graphic design and/or video editing, including freelance, academic, personal projects, or internships.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CapCut.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools to enhance design and video editing processes.
- Basic understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques to improve skills continuously.
- A portfolio showcasing design and/or video work is required for application.
