Creative Designer Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer to join our team and produce visually compelling designs that reflect our brand identity. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop a variety of digital and print assets. This role requires a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to deliver projects within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative design concepts and solutions that effectively communicate the brand’s message and objectives.
- Utilize hands-on experience with After Effects to create dynamic visual content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fully understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design assets.
- Design engaging visuals for multiple platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Use industry-standard software tools to create and edit graphics, images, and illustrations.
- Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends and techniques to continually enhance creativity and innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and design discussions to contribute fresh ideas.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content for campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when necessary to support design initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Solid understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Prior experience working in a marketing agency environment is essential.
- Must own a functional gadget suitable for design work.
- No experience with Character Animator is required.
