Key Responsibilities

- Create high-converting video advertisements, gameplay trailers, and promotional content tailored for mobile games.
- Utilize AI generation tools to produce images, videos, voiceovers, scripts, and storyboards that enhance creative output.
- Capture and edit in-game footage, integrating AI-generated assets, visual effects, audio, and text overlays to produce compelling content.
- Rapidly iterate on ad hooks, visual variations, and end cards by analyzing performance data to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Design store assets such as icon concepts, screenshots, and feature graphics using AI-driven workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Growth Product Managers and User Acquisition teams to review creative performance and refine future iterations based on insights.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and visual design, preferably within mobile gaming or digital advertising.
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools for visual creation, video production, and audio enhancement.
