Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-converting video advertisements, gameplay trailers, and promotional content tailored for mobile games.
- Utilize AI generation tools to create images, videos, voiceovers, scripts, and storyboards that enhance creative output.
- Capture and edit in-game footage, seamlessly integrating AI-generated assets, visual effects, audio, and text overlays to produce compelling content.
- Quickly iterate on ad hooks, visual variations, and end cards by analyzing performance data to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Design store assets such as icon concepts, screenshots, and feature graphics using AI-driven workflows to maintain a fresh and appealing visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with Growth Product Managers and User Acquisition teams to assess creative performance and refine future iterations based on data insights.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in video editing, motion graphics, and visual design, specifically for mobile games or digital advertising.
- Proficiency in video editing software including Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Demonstrated expertise in using generative AI tools for visual creation, video enhancement, and audio production.
