Enertia is seeking a Creative Director to lead and own all aspects of marketing for the brand. This role is pivotal in shaping how Enertia is positioned, perceived, and discovered in the market, translating attention into qualified demand and sales. The Creative Director will oversee brand identity, creative content, social media, performance marketing, website management, lead generation, CRM marketing, influencer collaborations, PR, customer communications, agency partnerships, and marketing analytics. Enertia differentiates itself as a category-creating technology and engineering brand, focusing on performance, durability, design, and wellness under the philosophy “Defy Ordinary.” The Creative Director will ensure this unique positioning is clearly and consistently communicated across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Positioning: Own Enertia’s brand identity, voice, and positioning. Maintain consistency across social media, website, retail, advertising, packaging, brochures, and sales materials. Ensure Enertia is recognized as a technology-driven engineering brand rather than a commodity appliance company.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and manage the overall marketing strategy and budget. Define target audiences, channels, campaigns, and priorities. Manage the full marketing funnel from awareness to advocacy, balancing brand-building with commercial outcomes.
- Creative Direction: Set the standard for advertising, video, photography, graphic design, copywriting, motion graphics, product launches, website creative, and retail communication. While not required to execute all tasks personally, the Creative Director must ensure the team delivers exceptional work.
- Content & Social Media: Lead Enertia’s content strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Content should focus on performance (product demos, testimonials), brand (design, lifestyle, philosophy), and culture/build-in-public (engineering, R&D, prototypes). Emphasize storytelling that moves from human interest to engineering to product.
- Performance Marketing: Oversee paid marketing efforts on Meta, Google, YouTube, and other channels. Responsibilities include campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, retargeting, conversion tracking, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lead quality, and campaign optimization. Paid media should enhance strong creative work.
- Website, CRM & Lead Generation: Manage marketing aspects of the website, landing pages, lead capture, WhatsApp journeys, CRM automation, retargeting, abandoned inquiries, email marketing, customer segmentation, cross-selling, and reactivation. Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure leads are tracked, qualified, and converted.
- Product Marketing: Work alongside Engineering and Product teams to deeply understand product functionality, differentiation, materials, testing, performance, design decisions, and customer benefits. Translate technical features into compelling customer value stories.
- Product Launches: Own the end-to-end marketing process for new product launches, including positioning, campaign concepts, content creation, website updates, paid media, influencer engagement, PR, retail materials, and sales enablement.
- Influencers, PR & Partnerships: Build relationships with creators, media, and partners relevant to technology, engineering, architecture, design, wellness, premium living, entrepreneurship, and Pakistani innovation.
- Marketing Analytics: Develop comprehensive reporting on attention, reach, views, watch time, retention, engagement, shares, comments, brand metrics, qualified leads, conversion, CAC, website traffic, and marketing-attributed sales. Distinguish organic from paid performance to avoid vanity metrics.
- Team & Agency Leadership: Lead internal and external marketing teams including brand managers, social media specialists, performance marketers, designers, videographers, editors, copywriters, web resources, agencies, and freelancers. Ensure every major initiative has clear objectives, ownership, deadlines, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
