Creative Director

We are seeking a Creative Director for a global B2B SaaS company specializing in FinTech and RegTech. This is a unique transitioning role designed for a senior designer or animator ready to advance into full creative leadership. The position is full-time, on-site in Lahore (OPF Society, near Valencia Town), and initially contractual for three months with the possibility of extension based on performance. Permanent employment may be considered after 12 months. The role offers a competitive monthly budget of PKR 200,000 to 250,000 and follows a Monday to Friday morning shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and enhance creative output across design, motion graphics, and animation for a global SaaS product. Translate project briefs into compelling, on-brand creative concepts spanning brand identity, digital platforms, and product design. Produce and supervise high-quality motion and animation work that effectively brings the brand to life. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets that meet high standards. Gradually assume more responsibility in creative direction and team mentorship as you grow into a leadership role.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is mandatory. Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of experience working specifically on B2B SaaS products. Demonstrated strong expertise in design, motion graphics, and animation is essential, including familiarity with AI-powered design and animation techniques. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects is required. A robust portfolio showcasing high-quality creative and motion work is necessary. Candidates should exhibit emerging leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor others, think strategically, and take ownership of creative direction.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

It is not intended for those already established as Creative Directors or Leads. The engagement begins as a contractual position for three months, with the potential for extension based on performance. After 12 months of continuous service, permanent employment may be offered.
