We are seeking a Creative Executive who can transform a deep understanding of a brand and its audience into original ideas and compelling visual stories. This role involves shaping campaign concepts, developing creative briefs, and collaborating closely with design and video teams to bring approved ideas to life across various channels. The position requires a blend of creative thinking and practical execution, ensuring work remains purposeful, visually consistent, and delivered on schedule. Comfort with presenting ideas, refining work based on feedback, and utilizing AI image and video tools to explore creative possibilities is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy and Concept Development:
Develop original campaign ideas that align with the brief, reflect the brand identity, and resonate with the target audience. Conduct research on audience preferences, competitor activities, and relevant cultural, design, and content trends to inform creative recommendations. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and present concepts with clear rationale, visual references, and practical execution plans.
Creative Briefs and Visual Direction:
Translate campaign objectives into clear, actionable creative briefs detailing the audience, core message, visual direction, required assets, and delivery timelines. Create moodboards, reference decks, and storyboards that effectively communicate the intended look, feel, and narrative of each concept. Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain creative guidelines, ensuring consistent brand expression across campaigns and formats.
Design and Video Production:
Work closely with designers, videographers, editors, and other creative contributors to develop approved concepts into final assets. Support pre-production activities through concept notes, storyboards, shot references, and production coordination. Provide clear, constructive feedback during editing and post-production stages. Review layouts, imagery, motion, pacing, and messaging to ensure execution aligns with the approved idea and suits the intended platform.
AI-Supported Creative Development:
Utilize AI image and video generation tools to explore concepts, create visual references, and develop assets within the creative workflow. Write and refine prompts, compare variations, and guide iterations to achieve the desired composition, visual style, and brand consistency. Carefully review AI-generated outputs for visual errors, inconsistencies, and production suitability before sharing for approval or use.
Collaboration and Project Delivery:
Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and production vendors to clarify requirements, communicate feedback, and ensure deliverables remain aligned. Manage multiple creative assignments by tracking priorities, milestones, dependencies, and approvals; proactively flag delays and propose workable solutions. Maintain organized briefs, references, feedback, and final files to facilitate clear handovers and efficient teamwork. Foster a constructive creative environment by sharing ideas openly, welcoming feedback, and supporting colleagues in resolving execution challenges.
Quality Review and Continuous Improvement:
Review deliverables against approved briefs, brand guidelines, content accuracy, and required formats prior to final submission. Monitor project progress and delivery outcomes, preparing concise updates on completed work, outstanding actions, and potential risks.
