AMG Technologies 2.0, based in Bahria Town, Islamabad, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Lead to join our team full-time on-site during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader capable of inspiring the creative team, developing innovative visual content, and strengthening our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. This role demands someone who can bring fresh ideas to life while ensuring consistent, high-quality design standards that align with our company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the creative team, ensuring daily design projects are completed on schedule.
- Develop engaging concepts for social media campaigns, recruitment drives, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Maintain high design standards and ensure a consistent brand identity across all creative materials.
- Review creative outputs, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to support their professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with management and marketing teams to align creative efforts with overall business objectives.
- Utilize modern design software and AI-powered tools to boost creativity and streamline workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in graphic design and creative content production, with leadership experience preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, branding, and social media creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
- Excellent creative thinking, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work on-site at the Rawalpindi location during night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and AI design tools is an advantage.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs110,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
