The Creative Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi Division. This role is responsible for leading the ideation and development of creative concepts for campaigns across print, digital, and electronic media, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. The Creative Manager supervises design and production teams, reviews and refines creative work, manages project timelines, and coordinates closely with account managers and other internal stakeholders. Presenting creative proposals to clients, providing clear feedback and direction, and maintaining quality and consistency across all deliverables are key aspects of the role. Additionally, the Creative Manager monitors industry trends, contributes to marketing strategy discussions, and supports continuous improvement of creative processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they meet client goals and brand standards.
- Supervise and mentor design and production teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs on schedule.
- Review creative work, providing constructive feedback and ensuring consistency and excellence across all deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with account managers and other internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Present creative proposals and campaign ideas to clients, articulating the creative vision clearly and persuasively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform creative strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate in marketing strategy discussions and contribute ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement in creative processes, standards, and team performance.

Required Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with the ability to lead concept development and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong skills in Branding to develop and maintain consistent visual and verbal identities across campaigns and channels.
- Solid Project Management abilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple creative projects on time and within scope.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design principles to collaborate effectively with design teams and evaluate visual layouts and assets.
- Relevant experience in advertising, marketing, or creative agencies, preferably with a background in managing cross-functional creative teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
- Familiarity with common design and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms is advantageous.
- Undergraduate degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
