A leading digital marketing agency based in Lahore, specializing in lead generation through paid advertising, local SEO, websites, and lead analytics, is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to lead its internal marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and enhance market positioning by coordinating cross-functional teams including Content, Creative, Paid Media, SEO, Web, Sales, and Automation. This position requires a blend of creative vision, strategic planning, and commercial acumen to support both online and offline marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the overall marketing strategy, building quarterly and annual plans aligned with company growth and revenue goals. Maintain a master marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Translate leadership objectives into actionable campaigns with clear goals, budgets, timelines, and accountability.
- Identify and develop marketing channels for lead generation, including SEO, paid search, social media, email marketing, partnerships, webinars, and events.
- Coordinate with specialized teams to implement campaigns, testing new audiences, offers, and messaging while tracking performance metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and revenue contribution.
- Lead brand development by creating campaign concepts, messaging, and creative direction. Manage the company’s presence across websites, social media, collateral, and events to ensure consistent and compelling communication.
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform service positioning, pricing, and new product launches. Provide actionable insights to leadership based on market trends and customer behavior.
- Manage marketing activities related to industry events, including preparation, collateral, lead capture, and post-event follow-up, focusing on business outcomes.
- Act as the central marketing coordinator, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across Creative, Content, SEO, Paid Media, Web, Automation, and Sales teams.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for marketing initiatives, analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and present regular updates with recommendations to senior leadership.
- Leverage AI, automation, CRM workflows, and marketing technologies to enhance efficiency and data accuracy. Stay updated on emerging platforms and buyer behavior trends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency, B2B services, SaaS, or similar fast-paced environments.
- At least 2–3 years managing marketing strategy and execution independently.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong creative thinking and visual judgment with the ability to conceptualize impactful campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, lead generation, funnels, paid media, SEO, email marketing, social media, and brand positioning.
- Proven track record of managing marketing calendars, budgets, campaigns, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activities to leads, pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
- Excellent research, analytical, communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in AI tools and modern marketing technologies.
