Creative Marketing & Shopify Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely, supporting marketing efforts for a home décor and furniture brand. This role involves managing Shopify website updates, designing email newsletters, creating social media content, and editing short-form videos. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and have a strong eye for design and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Create marketing graphics and digital assets using Canva.
- Design and manage weekly email newsletters through Flodesk.
- Update website content, images, and banners on the Shopify platform.
- Edit short-form videos and develop engaging social media content using CapCut.
- Assist with scheduling and publishing content across social media channels.
- Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all marketing materials and platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Canva, Shopify, and short-form video editing tools.
- Strong graphic design and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
- A portfolio showcasing previous creative work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, home décor, or furniture industries is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Flodesk email marketing software is an advantage.
- This position offers 10 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours.
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday with flexibility aligned to Central Standard Time.
- Hourly pay ranges from $4.25 to $7.25, depending on experience and skills.
