Creative Support Specialist

Hospital Supply Corporation (HSC) is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Support Specialist to join their team at the Head Office in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms, supporting marketing, social media, and corporate communications. This role requires maintaining consistency with the company’s brand identity while producing engaging and innovative designs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and create a variety of graphics, including branding materials, social media visuals, website content, and print collateral.
- Develop creative content specifically for healthcare products, events, and maintain the company profile and product catalogues.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, digital media advancements, and AI-powered creative tools to enhance content quality.
- Produce key visuals for exhibitions, stall graphics, backdrops, and large-format artwork.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and other departments to understand and fulfill creative requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; knowledge of CorelDraw or Figma is an advantage.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
- Strong command of written and verbal English, with the ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Familiarity with web design, UI/UX principles, motion graphics, or video editing is considered a plus.

This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 85,000. The role requires working on-site at the Karachi Head Office. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by the deadline of October 15, 2026.
