Key Responsibilities
The Creator Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with content creators and influencers to support brand and client objectives. This full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad involves identifying and onboarding suitable creators, briefing them on project requirements, and ensuring timely content production and publication. The manager will coordinate campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize content strategies to maximize impact. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing creators, influencers, or content partners, including sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
- Strong project coordination abilities, with expertise in timeline management and campaign tracking to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and basic analytics to evaluate creator performance effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of briefing creators clearly and providing constructive feedback.

- Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
