Creator Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Creator Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing relationships with creators across AI, tech, content creation, small business, and lifestyle niches. You will also oversee the day-to-day management of our AI influencer accounts and help build a scalable AI influencer farm. This position requires a strong understanding of social media culture, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for leveraging AI tools to drive engagement and app installs.

Key Responsibilities

- Source creators within AI, tech, content creation, small business, and lifestyle niches across target markets.
- Conduct outreach, negotiate rates and usage rights, and manage contracts and payments efficiently.
- Develop clear and compelling creator briefs that include hooks, key features, and calls to action.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of paid, gifted, and affiliate partnerships.
- Track campaign results using unique links, promo codes, and attribution data; report on cost per install and ROI.
- Collaborate with the media buying team by passing top-performing creator content for Spark Ads and whitelisted ads.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with top creators, including developing an ambassador program.
- Keep an organized CRM with detailed records of every creator, deal, and outcome.
- Manage the daily social media activities of AI influencer accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X, including content calendars, posting, captions, comments, and direct messages.
- Define and maintain each AI persona’s look, voice, backstory, and niche to ensure consistency across all posts.
- Create content using AI tools such as MyZesty, collaborating closely with content and design teams.
- Grow follower base and engagement, converting AI influencer reach into app installs.
- Assist in designing and scaling a farm of AI influencer accounts across various niches and markets.
- Document workflows, prompts, and templates to enable rapid launch of new AI personas.
- Test and identify the fastest-growing personas, niches, and content formats, scaling successful ones.
- Ensure all AI influencer accounts comply with platform rules, including AI content labeling and disclosure requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year experience in influencer or creator marketing, preferably within app, tech, or D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts culture and content formats.
- Hands-on experience with AI image, video, and voice tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, or ElevenLabs, or a demonstrated eagerness to learn these tools quickly.
- Proven ability to grow and manage social media accounts from inception.
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong written English for effective outreach.
- Highly organized with the ability to analyze data and identify which creators and accounts deliver measurable results.
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations and accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience managing or growing virtual or AI influencer accounts.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms like Aspire, Upfluence, Modash, or TikTok Creator Marketplace.
- Existing network of creators in key regions such as the US, UK, Europe, or the Gulf.
- Experience running user-generated content (UGC) programs for paid advertising campaigns.
