Cyber System (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a skilled Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist to join its Accounts Receivable (AR) Medical Billing team. This full-time, onsite role is based in Lahore, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in US healthcare provider enrollment, credentialing, and payer processes, along with a strong understanding of medical billing systems. This position requires close coordination with insurance payers and healthcare clients to ensure accurate and timely credentialing and enrollment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire provider credentialing and enrollment process with various insurance payers.
- Handle payer applications, re-credentialing tasks, follow-ups, and status tracking to ensure smooth processing.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate provider and payer information, including all necessary documentation.
- Utilize EHR/EMR systems and healthcare billing platforms effectively to support enrollment and billing functions.
- Manage Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) enrollment and related payer requirements.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and healthcare clients to resolve enrollment and credentialing issues.
- Ensure timely completion of credentialing, enrollment, and revalidation activities to avoid delays.
- Keep detailed records and consistently follow up on any pending applications.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with US-based clients and insurance payers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in US healthcare credentialing and enrollment.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Hands-on experience working with EHR/EMR systems.
- Familiarity with EFT enrollment procedures and payer processes.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and payers.
- Ability to work the night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- Must be based in Lahore and available to work fully onsite.
