Credentialing Executive

This full-time, on-site position is for a Credentialing Specialist based in Lahore. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the credentialing and re-credentialing processes for medical staff. This includes maintaining active status registrations and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant policies and regulatory requirements. The role demands regular interaction with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies, alongside handling communication and customer service tasks related to credentialing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process credentialing and re-credentialing applications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date active status registrations for medical staff.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and external regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies.
- Manage credentialing-related customer service inquiries and correspondence.
- Utilize credentialing software and databases to track and update records.
- Collaborate with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience ranging from 6 months to 1 year in a relevant role.
- Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation.
- Solid understanding of medical terminology.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using credentialing software and database management tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is considered an advantage.
- The position requires working night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
- The job location is in Johar Town, Lahore.
