Billing Nest (Private) Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Credentialing Executive to join its team in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. This full-time, on-site position involves managing the entire provider enrollment process to ensure healthcare providers are properly credentialed and compliant with network standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. healthcare credentialing, with the ability to handle complex applications and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the enrollment process for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers from start to finish.
- Maintain and update accurate provider information across platforms such as CAQH, NPI/NPPES, PECOS, and various payer portals.
- Oversee individual and group provider enrollments, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Track credentialing applications actively to guarantee timely processing and network participation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with payers and take ownership of resolving any credentialing issues throughout the lifecycle.
- Ensure strict adherence to U.S. healthcare credentialing guidelines, maintaining current and securely stored provider documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience in U.S. healthcare credentialing.
- Residency in Rawalpindi or Islamabad is mandatory.
- Proven expertise with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments, including hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS, and NPI/NPPES systems.
- Strong organizational skills to meticulously track applications and persistence in payer follow-ups.
- A solution-oriented mindset to effectively resolve issues related to both individual and group credentialing.
