We are seeking an experienced Credentialing Sales Specialist with in-depth knowledge of US Healthcare Provider Credentialing and Enrollment. The successful candidate will focus on generating new business by identifying potential healthcare clients, presenting credentialing solutions, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. This role requires close collaboration with the credentialing operations team to ensure a seamless transition after sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new US healthcare clients, including physicians, medical groups, clinics, and healthcare organizations in need of credentialing and enrollment services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other business development channels.
- Present and sell healthcare credentialing and provider enrollment services to prospective clients.
- Explain services such as initial provider enrollment, re-credentialing, CAQH setup and maintenance, payer enrollment, and related credentialing support.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings with US-based physicians, practice managers, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate credentialing service solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms to successfully close deals.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, consistently following up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Address client questions related to Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer enrollment, CAQH, and other credentialing processes.
- Identify credentialing gaps and potential business opportunities during discussions with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the credentialing and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover after closing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services such as Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and medical billing.
- Keep accurate records of prospect information, sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
- Meet and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within US Healthcare Credentialing, Provider Enrollment, RCM, or Healthcare BPO sectors.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare provider credentialing and enrollment processes.
- Working knowledge of CAQH, PECOS, NPI, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer enrollment, and state licensing requirements.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
- Solid understanding of the US healthcare market and ability to communicate effectively with US-based healthcare providers and decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and consistently achieve assigned targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Previous experience selling credentialing, RCM, medical billing, or other healthcare BPO services is highly preferred.
- This position requires working in person at the designated office location.
