Credentialing Specialist

JHS Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Credentialing Specialist to join our growing healthcare operations team at our Gulberg Green, Islamabad location. This full-time, on-site position requires working the night shift and involves managing provider enrollment, credentialing, re-credentialing, and ensuring payer compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in healthcare credentialing and be capable of handling multiple provider applications and deadlines efficiently while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage provider enrollment and credentialing processes
- Handle Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer applications
- Maintain and update CAQH profiles, including attestations
- Conduct payer follow-ups and track application statuses
- Oversee re-credentialing and revalidation activities
- Maintain comprehensive provider data and ensure compliance with payer requirements and organizational policies

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare credentialing
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment procedures
- Strong knowledge of CAQH, NPI, PECOS, and provider enrollment processes
- Experience with revalidation and re-credentialing processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience working with U.S. healthcare providers is preferred
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate provider records
