Credentialing Team Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Credentialing Team Lead to join our expanding medical billing company located in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in provider credentialing and enrollment, with proven leadership skills to manage and guide a dedicated team. This role requires someone who can ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of credentialing tasks while maintaining effective communication with insurance payers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the provider credentialing and enrollment team to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage all aspects of provider enrollment, re-credentialing, and revalidation processes.
- Oversee applications submitted to insurance companies and proactively follow up on any pending credentialing requests.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and credentialing tasks are completed within designated timelines.
- Address and resolve any credentialing-related issues, maintaining strong communication channels with insurance payers.
- Monitor team performance, maintain productivity standards, and ensure compliance with payer requirements and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical billing credentialing and provider enrollment processes.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a credentialing team.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare insurance payers and credentialing procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Work Environment:
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs150,000. This is an in-person role based at our Lahore office, providing an opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team in a professional setting.
