CRM Intern

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy CRM Intern to join our IT/CRM department based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This is a paid internship for a duration of three months, offering a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM automation, API integrations, and workflow development. Successful candidates may be considered for full-time employment based on their performance during the internship.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and automating CRM workflows to enhance system efficiency.
- Support the integration of APIs with various third-party applications to streamline processes.
- Help maintain CRM features and ensure the overall functionality of the system.
- Work with databases by writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Utilize scripting languages to automate tasks and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience or understanding of API integrations and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Basic understanding of automation tools and workflow management.
