We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy CRM Intern to join our IT/CRM department at Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This is a paid internship opportunity for three months, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance. The role involves supporting CRM automation, API integrations, and workflow development to enhance system functionality and improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and automation of CRM workflows.
- Support API integrations with various third-party applications.
- Help maintain CRM features and ensure system functionality.
- Work with databases by writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Utilize scripting skills to troubleshoot technical issues and streamline processes.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience or understanding of API integrations and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Basic understanding of automation tools and workflow management.
