Royal Power Motorcycle is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Lead to oversee and drive the performance of two sales teams. This role requires a motivated individual who can effectively lead sales operations, ensure team productivity, and maintain strong customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with management to achieve business goals. This is an in-person position offering a competitive salary package along with additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of two sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Track sales performance, set targets, and evaluate team productivity regularly.
- Organize and maintain sales and customer data, preparing detailed reports for management review.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
- Manage social media platforms to enhance customer engagement and brand presence.
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth daily operations and alignment with company objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred; however, candidates with less experience but strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft 365 applications is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and organize teams effectively.
- Confident, target-driven, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 150,000.
- Additional lunch allowance provided.
- Work schedule is Monday through Saturday.
