Cross-Platform App Development Instructor

Edversity, a division of the Rapidev Group of Companies based in Multan, specializes in delivering practical, industry-focused IT training. The organization runs onsite physical classes aimed at equipping young individuals with the skills needed for technology jobs and freelancing opportunities. Currently, Edversity is seeking a Cross-Platform App Development Instructor to lead trainees in building Android and iOS applications from a single codebase. This role involves conducting daily coding classes and labs, guiding beginners through the fundamentals, and supporting them until they successfully publish their own functional apps.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lectures and live-coding sessions aligned with the approved curriculum.
- Break down programming and app development concepts into simple, understandable steps for beginners.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, slides, coding exercises, assignments, and quizzes.
- Review trainee code and provide guidance on mini-projects and the final capstone project.
- Monitor attendance, assess trainee progress, and submit regular reports to the program team.
- Conduct additional support sessions for trainees who require extra help.
- Advise trainees on building app portfolios, using GitHub, freelancing, and applying for jobs.
- Assist with assessments, audits, and program reviews as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, including expertise in at least one state management approach.
- Experience integrating Firebase and REST APIs.
- Proven track record with at least two published apps on Google Play or the App Store.
- Ability to live-code, debug, and explain technical concepts clearly in both English and Urdu.
- Patience and a genuine passion for teaching beginners.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
