CSR - DISPATCH COORDINATOR (NIGHT SHIFT)

Yuni Rides is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Dispatch Coordinator to join our Operations Team at our Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi location. This full-time, onsite role operates during night shifts from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time), offering a monthly salary between PKR 45,000 and 50,000. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily transportation operations and scheduled trips in real time to ensure routes are assigned and completed efficiently.
- Track driver activity and provide continuous support throughout service hours.
- Coordinate trip modifications, route adjustments, and driver reassignments as needed to maintain service reliability.
- Serve as the primary communication link between drivers, schools, parents, and internal teams.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, providing timely updates on transportation schedules and operational changes.
- Address service-related concerns and assist in issue resolution with a customer-first approach.
- Support new driver onboarding by guiding documentation compliance and following up on outstanding items.
- Maintain accurate operational records, update internal systems, and monitor service metrics.
- Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and management teams to enhance workflows and service quality.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to promote operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch operations, logistics, transportation coordination, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional attitude with a solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable using technology, software platforms, and operational systems.
