CSR For Packaging Company

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken English to join our USA-based packaging project. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in the packaging industry within the USA or UK markets, along with a strong background in packaging sales. This full-time position requires managing customer interactions across various channels, ensuring timely and professional responses, and collaborating closely with internal teams to convert inquiries into sales while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails promptly and professionally.
- Generate and handle sales inquiries through multiple channels, including calls, custom quote request forms, chats, and emails.
- Address every customer inquiry thoroughly, working under the guidance of the sales manager and project manager to maximize sales conversions.
- Accurately assess customer needs and coordinate with the estimation team to provide price quotations within agreed timelines.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Resolve customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives, following company policies and production capabilities.
- Maintain detailed records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with the design team to implement artwork changes as requested by customers.
- Work closely with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the USA or UK packaging industry.
- Strong fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proven experience in packaging sales, with at least 1 year in a sales-focused role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, estimation, design, and shipping.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs90,000 per month, complemented by an attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
- Work schedule from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) off.
