We are looking for a committed Cold Caller (Customer Service Representative) to join our team full-time, working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PST) in Johar Town, Lahore. This role primarily involves making outbound calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers and offer cash purchase opportunities. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to 80,000, depending on experience, along with commission incentives. The work schedule includes Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays, providing a stable and consistent routine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers.
- Clearly communicate the advantages of receiving cash offers for their properties.
- Gather and record detailed information about property conditions, seller motivation, and timelines.
- Address inquiries and objections professionally and confidently.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with all relevant interactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to refine outreach strategies and meet campaign targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear and understandable accent.
- Professional and confident phone manner when interacting with clients.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with EST hours (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time).
- At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Willingness to reliably commute or relocate to Lahore prior to starting employment.
