CSR (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role primarily involves making outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of converting leads into successful sales. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
- Address customer queries and provide accurate, timely information
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company system

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Intermediate / A-Level
- At least one year of experience in a call center or sales-related role
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work night shifts

6:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Job Type:

Salary Range:
Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
