The Sales Agent for Packaging Campaign | USA Campaign is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role focuses on engaging with clients and prospects within the USA market to promote packaging services and clearly communicate product offerings. The sales agent will handle both inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and work towards closing sales in line with campaign targets. The position also requires coordination with internal teams, maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, and adhering to company policies and compliance standards. Additionally, sales agents will participate in ongoing training, contribute to process improvements, and strive to meet both individual and team performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and prospects in the USA market through inbound and outbound calls to promote packaging services.
- Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information about product offerings.
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with campaign goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign operations.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and quality guidelines.
- Participate actively in training sessions and adapt quickly to updated scripts, processes, and campaign requirements.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and maintain positive relationships.
- Proven sales skills with a results-driven mindset to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Basic understanding of insurance and related processes, particularly within the USA healthcare and packaging sectors.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly through training and updated campaign materials.
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales, call center, or a related client-facing role, preferably within an international campaign.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Lahore with flexible availability to cover shifts aligned with USA time zones.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, along with basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM or call center software.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
