CSR-US Based-Packaging

Key Responsibilities
- Manage US customer inquiries via calls, emails, and live chat platforms.
- Understand client packaging requirements and prepare accurate quotations.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Keep detailed customer records and follow-ups updated within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in packaging, printing, or international B2B sales is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence and professionalism in handling US-based client calls.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software, email communication, and live chat tools.
- Willingness to work onsite during night shifts.

This position is full-time and based onsite in Lahore, specifically supporting a US-based campaign. The shift timing is during the night to align with US business hours.
