The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Keystone Medics office in Lahore, supporting the Packaging Campaign USA. The CSR will manage both inbound and outbound customer communications, addressing inquiries and providing clear, accurate information about packaging services and procedures. This position requires a professional who can effectively resolve customer issues, document interactions in the system, and follow up to ensure timely and satisfactory responses. The CSR will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve service concerns, uphold service-level standards, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the customer experience. Meeting performance targets, adhering to company policies, and representing Keystone Medics with professionalism and courtesy are essential aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to packaging services.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, providing clear information.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and document all interactions in the system.
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and escalate service-related matters.
- Maintain service-level agreements and support continuous improvements in customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual performance targets and adhere to company policies.
- Represent Keystone Medics professionally in all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven customer-focused skills, including the ability to manage concerns and maintain positive relationships.
- At least one year of experience in customer support or customer service representative roles, preferably within a campaign or contact center environment.
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles and best practices to enhance service quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain information clearly and confidently.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or call center software.
- Minimum education requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent.
