Custom WordPress Developer

We are looking for a talented Full Stack WordPress Developer with strong expertise in WordPress theme customization, plugin development, and Core PHP to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients to design and develop functional, user-friendly websites tailored to their specific needs. This role requires a hands-on developer who can write clean, efficient code and maintain high standards of website performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and implement WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
- Develop custom plugins and modify existing ones to enhance website functionality.
- Work directly with clients to discuss website design, structure, and features.
- Write clean, well-documented code using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core software to ensure optimal performance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and web services as needed.
- Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across different browsers.
- Maintain, update, and optimize existing websites for speed and security.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack WordPress Developer with a minimum of 4-5 years in the field.
- Expertise in WordPress theme customization and plugin development.
- Strong skills in Core PHP development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience integrating and customizing third-party plugins.
- Familiarity with MySQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and manage team interactions.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus.
- Background in IT and software development services is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
