Customer Calling Agent

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and at least six months to one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting company services, and converting leads into successful sales. Candidates will play a vital role in driving the company’s growth while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Promote company services and close sales
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Required Qualifications:
- Six months to one year of relevant call center or sales experience
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
- Basic computer knowledge for handling CRM and related tools
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
- Target-oriented with a motivated and proactive personality
