Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all installation and service activities on a daily basis.
- Work closely with the technical support team to resolve complex issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or Technical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or Networking disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of internet connectivity, fiber optic cables, routers, and modems.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and helpful attitude.
- Willingness to travel locally for field assignments as required.
