Customer Premises Associate (CPA)

Location: Quetta, Balochistan

Salary: PKR 40,000 per month

We are seeking Customer Premises Associates (CPA) to join our team in Quetta. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining broadband, fiber optic (FTTH), and IPTV services at customer locations. This role requires hands-on technical skills and the ability to work effectively in the field to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure internet connections, including fiber and copper lines, modems, routers, and IPTV equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues, slow speeds, fiber faults, and damaged cables.
- Perform outdoor fieldwork such as pole climbing and maintenance of distribution point (DP) boxes.
- Visit customer premises to address and resolve technical complaints promptly.
- Update service requests and close complaints using internal applications to maintain accurate records.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Telecom, Electrical, or Electronics.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in telecom, internet installation, or technical field support.
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid driving license.
- Basic understanding of networking, fiber optics, and telecom tools.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel to various customer locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

This position requires candidates to work on-site in Quetta and involves regular travel to customer locations. The monthly salary offered is up to PKR 40,000. Interested candidates who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply.
