Customer Premises Associate

A reputable telecom company is seeking a skilled DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) professional to join their team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting phone lines, internet cables, and TV fiber connections. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to effectively resolve customer complaints. Candidates must possess a valid DAE diploma and have their own bike to fulfill job requirements, as the position involves travel within the city.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot phone lines to ensure proper connectivity and service quality.
- Perform installation and maintenance of internet cables, addressing any technical issues promptly.
- Handle TV fiber cable installation and troubleshooting to maintain uninterrupted service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct on-site visits across Islamabad using a personal bike to reach various customer locations.

Required Qualifications
- Completed 3-year DAE diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or Information Technology.
- Must own a bike for daily commuting and fieldwork within Islamabad.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to telecom installations and repairs.
