Customer Premises Associate

We are seeking a motivated individual with a DAE certification to join our team in Karachi. The role involves installing and maintaining internet connections, troubleshooting network issues, and providing on-site technical support to customers. This position requires regular visits to customer premises within various preferred areas of Karachi, including Gulshan, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Nazimabad, North Karachi, Orangi, and Site Area. The role offers a monthly salary of PKR 40,000 and is ideal for fresh candidates looking to start their career in the telecom or networking field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain internet connections efficiently and accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Visit customer locations to provide technical support and resolve connectivity problems on-site.

Required Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) certification.
- Own a bike and hold a valid driving license, as travel to various customer sites is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of telecom and networking principles is essential.
