Customer Project Manager

We are seeking a Customer Project Manager to lead and oversee assigned customer projects, ensuring that project objectives are achieved, customer expectations are met, and relationships are managed effectively within the scope of the contract. This role requires close coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Align pre-sales Customer Final Requirements (CFR) with contract terms and delivery plans.
- Develop comprehensive project plans for approval and ensure target execution.
- Manage relationships with customers and stakeholders, maintaining alignment throughout all project phases.
- Monitor financial performance to achieve target Unadjusted Margin.
- Ensure delivery excellence by adhering to defined scope, budget, and timelines.
- Comply with all relevant directives, emphasizing zero impact on people and the environment.
- Maintain accurate data for reliable and conscientious reporting.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, preferably with end-to-end or full-cycle project management exposure.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Solid business understanding and consultative selling abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence effectively.
- Proven project management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards.
- Experience in leading and supervising teams.
- Strong planning and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in the English language.
