Customer Project Manager

We are seeking a Customer Project Manager to lead and oversee assigned customer projects, ensuring that project objectives are achieved, customer expectations are met, and relationships are managed effectively within the scope of the contract. This role requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Align pre-sales Customer Functional Requirements (CFR) with contract terms and delivery plans.
- Develop detailed project plans for approval and ensure their successful execution.
- Manage relationships with customers and stakeholders, maintaining alignment throughout all project phases.
- Monitor and ensure financial performance meets target Unadjusted Margin goals.
- Deliver projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Comply with all applicable directives, emphasizing zero impact on people and the environment.
- Maintain accurate data for reliable and conscientious reporting.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, with full-cycle project management expertise.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Solid business understanding and consultative selling abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated customer and market insight.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills.
- Proven project management capabilities, including planning, organizing, and supervising teams.
- Commitment to meeting project timelines.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards.
