We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Customer Relation Expert to manage and strengthen our relationships with US healthcare providers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing daily communications, assisting new healthcare practices through onboarding, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience within our medical billing operations. Your efforts will be central to maintaining smooth interactions and fostering trust with doctors, clinic managers, and practice administrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for US doctors, clinic managers, and practice administrators, addressing billing questions and service-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new healthcare practices, ensuring a seamless transition, timely setup, and clear communication of expectations from the outset.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up, and Verification of Benefits (VOB) to resolve client escalations and provide accurate account updates.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions—phone calls, emails, and meetings—within the CRM system to ensure a comprehensive account history.
- Develop and implement professional communication templates, follow-up schedules, and satisfaction check-ins to keep clients informed and engaged.
- Ensure all client communications and data handling comply strictly with HIPAA regulations and internal data security policies.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success, preferably within US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing, or a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with polished phone and email etiquette tailored for US healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar ticketing systems, alongside familiarity with healthcare practice management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of the US medical billing lifecycle and client service escalation procedures.
- Ability to work a fixed night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.

Candidates should be prepared to answer questions regarding their experience as a CRM specialist, current and expected salary, notice period obligations, and the feasibility of commuting to the office location during night shift hours. The position requires in-person attendance at our office.
