Customer Relationship Executive – Real Estate (Direct Sales)

RA Empire (Pvt.) Ltd., located in Lahore, is looking for motivated and communicative individuals to join their Direct Sales Team for the Al Qadir City real estate project. This role involves engaging with leads provided by the company through phone calls, presenting real estate opportunities clearly, following up with potential clients, and converting these interactions into site visits and successful sales. Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up on leads supplied by the company.
- Communicate real estate offerings clearly and confidently to potential clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries while establishing and maintaining professional relationships.
- Arrange and facilitate site visits, assisting in converting leads into confirmed sales.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct persuasive phone conversations.
- Energetic, confident, and driven by sales targets.
- Minimum education requirement is Intermediate; however, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
