Scotmann Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join its Commercial team at the Head Office in Islamabad. This role focuses on managing and nurturing strategic relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), doctors, and key healthcare stakeholders across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management, with the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights and deliver impactful engagement experiences that foster long-term loyalty and brand advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage a strategic pool of HCP loyalty and Brand Ambassadors.
- Develop and implement structured engagement and relationship calendars tailored for HCPs.
- Establish and maintain sustainable professional relationships with HCPs and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Capture, analyze, and report the Voice of Customer and other customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HCP and customer information using CRM systems and databases.
- Coordinate customer concerns, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Generate customer insights and commercial intelligence for management review.
- Organize and coordinate HCP conferences, events, recognition programs, and other approved engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience, or HCP/KOL engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage customer and HCP relationships as well as engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building capabilities, active listening, and effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, customer databases, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Location

This position is based at the Head Office in Islamabad.
