Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the company’s voice during customer interactions, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Actively pitch and encourage customer reviews on various platforms to enhance the company’s online presence.
- Engage with customers to resolve issues, answer queries, and express gratitude for positive feedback.
- Consistently meet daily review targets and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify recurring themes and suggest opportunities for service improvement.
- Uphold quality and compliance standards in every interaction to maintain the company’s reputation.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and conversational skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- A team-oriented mindset that supports collaboration and shared goals.
- Punctuality and strong problem-solving abilities to handle challenges proactively.
- Flexibility and a results-driven approach to consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in PECHS, Block-6, Shahra-e-Faysal, Karachi. The salary range is PKR 80,000 to PKR 130,000 per month, complemented by incentives and additional fringe benefits. These include an annual bonus, anniversary bonus, punctuality rewards, as well as weekday and birthday allowances.
