Customer Sales Agents

This opportunity is for a Chat Support Agent based in the USA campaign, focused on driving business growth and expanding market presence within the packaging industry. The role involves engaging directly with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will maintain thorough product knowledge, meet and exceed sales targets, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Collaboration with team members to enhance sales strategies and performance is also a key aspect of this position. This is a full-time, in-person role with night shift hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to support business growth.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to address customer questions accurately.
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and other performance metrics.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every client.
- Manage and update customer information within the CRM system accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chat Support Agent or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging campaigns and market dynamics in the US, Canada, or UK.
- Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Sales Representative is required.
- This position offers a competitive monthly salary of up to Rs80,000.
- The role requires working night shifts, specifically from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- The work location is in person, providing direct engagement with the team and clients.
