Customer Sales Executive (Freshers Students)

1AZO Marketing is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team at the Karachi Gulistan-E-Jouhar office. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a monthly salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to 45,000. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer support, and staying informed about industry trends and competitors. Fluency in English and the ability to work on-site are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain healthy client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Accurately track and record all client interactions to facilitate effective follow-up and continuous service improvement.
- Provide timely and professional customer support, including conducting follow-ups to address client needs and resolve concerns.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to enhance the quality of service delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively with clients.
- Experience in telesales along with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Proven background in client services and customer support roles.
- Strong work ethic characterized by punctuality, determination, and reliability.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site at the Karachi Gulistan-E-Jouhar location.
