Customer Sales Executive

Mugshei Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Executive to join our USA-based printing and packaging sales campaign. In this role, you will engage directly with customers to understand their requirements, provide comprehensive product information, and guide them through the purchasing process. The position is based onsite in Garden Town, Lahore, operating during the night shift. Your primary focus will be supporting businesses through inbound sales inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience while contributing to the company’s sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers inquiring about our printing and packaging products.
- Assist USA-based businesses with their custom packaging needs, including custom boxes, retail packaging, and shipping boxes.
- Recommend suitable solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Explain product options, pricing, materials, and printing specifications in detail.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, responding promptly to customer questions.
- Maintain regular follow-up communication with potential buyers to nurture leads.
- Build and sustain positive customer relationships to facilitate order confirmations.
- Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer interactions confidently.
- Comfortable discussing product details and pricing with customers.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with the packaging or printing industry is an advantage.
- The role primarily involves inbound sales, with approximately 90% of inquiries originating from interested customers and about 10% requiring outbound follow-ups.
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to 100,000, complemented by an attractive commission structure.
- Full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, working from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
- Onsite work location in Garden Town, Lahore.
