Customer Sales Executive (UK Shift)

BB Technologies, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency located in Gulberg III, Lahore, is looking for motivated Customer Sales Representatives to join its UK campaign. This full-time, onsite position involves engaging with corporate clients based in the UK to promote a range of digital marketing and web development solutions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international sales, excellent English communication skills, and a strong, target-driven approach. The role requires working UK shift hours from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, offering a valuable opportunity to develop a career in international business development within a dynamic and expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with UK corporate clients through phone and email to present digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media management, and web development solutions.
- Identify client needs, negotiate proposals, and successfully close sales while maintaining high service standards.
- Conduct daily outreach activities aimed at meeting and exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with international clients to support sustained business growth.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a BPO, call center, or international sales environment is essential.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with confidence in interacting with foreign clients.
- A target-oriented mindset, demonstrating high self-motivation and focus on achieving goals.
- Strong negotiation abilities, effective pitch delivery, active listening, and the capability to close deals successfully.
- Availability to work onsite during UK business hours (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
