MAZ TECH is seeking experienced Telemarketing Sales Executives to join our UK-based sales campaigns at our Faisalabad office. The ideal candidates will be confident, target-driven professionals with strong English communication skills, capable of handling UK customers over the phone with professionalism and ease. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to UK customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with customers, ensuring high-quality interactions.
- Follow campaign scripts and adhere to sales procedures.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Handle objections effectively and close sales successfully.
- Continuously strive to improve sales performance and contribute to team goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound sales is strongly preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills are essential.
- Confident and persuasive personality with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales efficiently.
- Punctual, reliable, and professionally disciplined.
- Experience working on UK campaigns will be considered an advantage.
- Freshers are not preferred; relevant outbound sales experience is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic salary of PKR 30,000 during the probation period.
- Salary increment upon successful completion of probation.

Work Details:
